Holidays Approaching

The news flow has slowed this week with the holidays approaching.  Some positive U.S. economic data has been overshadowed by Euro pessimism in the wake of last week's European summit.  My guess is this battle will heat back up in early January when everyone is back to work. Until then, here is a major story for those of you who are looking to purchase all the items from The Twelve Days of Christmas:

"The price of partridges, pear trees and turtle doves has spiked, pushing the cost of every item mentioned in the carol "The Twelve Days of Christmas" above $100,000 for the first time.

The 364 items repeated across all the song's verses would cost $101,119, an increase of 4.4 percent over last year..."
